If you have a complaint, our Customer Care Center is at your disposal every working day from 8 am to 4 pm.

Please send your complaint to the e-mail address reklamacija@divnavoda.rs
and specify:

• name of the contract holder,
• contact details,
• a brief description of the problem.

We resolve all complaints quickly and professionally, respecting applicable laws and regulations.
